Information stored on this device

The records you create stay in the app’s documents on the iPhone. That includes:

• Mouth names, rooms, seasons, place notes, wipe intervals, and replacement intervals.
• Printed size, thickness, and MERV for each mouth.
• Spare inventory by size, including the buy floor and any photo you attach to that size.
• Photos of a filter frame, an after-install grille, or a spare size.
• A short voice note saved as an audio file for a mouth. The app does not turn that recording into text.
• Reminder switches, coin balance, and purchase identifiers used to avoid granting the same coin pack twice.

Clearing all data from the Me page deletes those records from the device and sets the coin balance back to 46. Sample mouths are not added again after that clear.

Camera, photos, and microphone

The camera is used only when you choose to take a picture of a filter frame, the grille after a new filter, or a spare size. The photo library is read only when you choose an existing picture for one of those places. Saving an export writes a hardware size card or a MERV strip to your library after you confirm that save.

The microphone is used only when you record a voice note on a mouth. You can decline any of these permissions and keep using the rest of the app.

Reminders

Wipe and replacement notices are local notifications scheduled on the phone. They are off until you turn the master switch and a mouth’s own switch on. A notice is set for 9:00 on the due day when that mouth’s season is active. The app does not use remote push.

Tracking permission

After the home screen is visible, iOS may show the App Tracking Transparency prompt. Waftqx does not read the advertising identifier and does not send it to a Waftqx server. Declining the prompt leaves the filter log, reminders, photos, and purchases available.

Purchases

Coin packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment under its own terms. The coin balance used for a size card, a change calendar, or a MERV strip is stored on the device. Waftqx does not receive your Apple ID or payment card number.

What this policy does not cover

Waftqx does not sell personal information. It is not directed at children under 13. If Apple’s system dialogs, the App Store, or iCloud backups apply to data on your phone, those services follow Apple’s policies.
